What to Expect
Complimentary Consultation
Your clinician will assess your skin type, hair growth, and treatment goals. You will receive a personalised plan including treatment areas, number of recommended sessions, and pricing.
Preparation
A cooling gel is applied to the treatment area. The Soprano ICE Platinum's built in cooling system activates to protect your skin throughout the session.
Treatment
The laser handpiece is moved across the skin, delivering gentle pulses. Most clients describe the sensation as mild warmth. Sessions typically last between 15 and 60 minutes depending on the area.
Aftercare and Ongoing
Slight redness may occur and typically settles within hours. There is no downtime. Most clients require 4 to 6 sessions spaced 4 to 6 weeks apart for optimal results, with maintenance sessions recommended every 6 to 12 months.

- Avoid waxing, plucking, or threading for 4 to 6 weeks prior
- Stay out of direct sun and avoid fake tan on the treatment area
- Avoid retinol or active skincare products on the area for 48 hours
- Arrive with clean skin, free of lotions, deodorant, or makeup
- Apply aloe vera or a gentle soothing cream if redness occurs
- Avoid hot showers, saunas, and intense exercise for 24 to 48 hours
- Keep the area out of direct sunlight and apply SPF 50+ daily
- Do not wax, pluck, or thread between sessions
- Allow the treated hairs to shed naturally over the following 2 to 3 weeks
